You start by getting to know... you! Your passions are your interests and values. In the Pathways Assessment, you answer self-reflective questions that will uncover what is ultimately important to you.

Gifts

Gifts are your unique design. It’s your natural abilities, strengths, and personality. To discover your gifts, you begin by answering questions that uncover your one-of-a-kind gifts.

Relationships

As part of the Pathways Assessment, you reach out to three people in your life and ask them to take a 360 Insight Survey about you, so you get a well-rounded picture of your gifts.

Purpose

You were given your gifts and passions for more than a paycheck. Before we jump right to career research, you create a purpose statement that articulates how you want to use your gifts and passions to make an impact!

Path

After the Pathways Assessment and 360 Insight Surveys are completed, you are given a list of possible career matches along with links for further research. Then, you create SMART goals to take your discoveries and put them into action.
