The Find Your Path Program was created to help students like Jack. The program is a personalized journey that includes one-on-one meetings, a guided workbook with research-based questions and activities, 360 Insight surveys, and AI-powered gift and passion summaries.
The Find Your Path Program emerged from a desire to create a more holistic approach to career advising. In my 15 years working in education as a college and career counselor, teacher, and coach, I’ve had the privilege of helping over 500 young people with their college and career plans. What I learned in those years is that we need to create more robust solutions for career advising that include the power of story, purpose, and community.
The find your path program helped me discover the field I want to pursue by guiding me through thoughtful, faith-based reflection. The most helpful part was getting input from mentors and friends, they gave honest insight into my strengths and weaknesses. The workbook also helped me connect how my gifts and interests can serve Gods plan of restoration through my work. At the end, a career quiz pulled everything together and confirmed what I’d learned. I’d highly recommend it to any Christian teen looking for clarity about their future and a process rooted in biblical wisdom.
This digital workbook is for anyone, young or old, who wants to take a moment to pause, refocus, and gain some clarity on where they are heading and why they are heading there. This faith-based guide will show you how to create a personal purpose statement that will express how you want to use your gifts and passions to be part of God’s story of restoration.
